Dr. Vincent van der Burg is a work and organizational psychologist, business economist, NLP trainer, author and speaker. He has studied at the prestigious London School of Economics (LSE), Erasmus University and University of Amsterdam, among others. He did his PhD research on the mindset of high-performing leaders.

 He is the founder and general director of UNLP, the Netherlands’ largest institute in the field of NLP, coaching and personal development. With more than 25 years of experience in business, he has expertise in leadership, executive coaching and organizational development.
